The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the System of Engineering Support of the Agricultural Sector of Ukraine" regarding State Technical Supervision

The Bill (Reg. No. 4448) introduces amendments to the effective Law that determine the objectives, competence and the scope of authorities of the authorized body under the Ministry of Agrarian Policy in charge of State technical supervision, i.e. the Main State Technical Supervision Inspectorate and subordinate inspectorates that form a single system of bodies in charge of State technical supervision.
